Pipi is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Rate and review restaurants based on digestive outcomes
• Connect with a community of users with similar interests
• Receive AI-generated insights about gut health patterns

3. User Accounts

To use Pipi, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibility

Your Content

When you post content on Pipi, you:

Pipi is built on trust and honesty. We expect users to:

• Be Respectful: Treat other users and restaurant owners with respect
• Be Helpful: Contribute constructively to the community
• Report Issues: Help us maintain quality by reporting violations

6. Intellectual Property

The Pipi app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Pipi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pipi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of user-generated content or reviews
• That the app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any specific health outcomes from using the app

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pipi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the app.
